Uploading...
- Multi-file input
- Long-running / async
- Attachment extractor workspace
Finds every embedded file in a PDF - files attached at the document level and "paperclip" attachments placed on a specific page - and screens each one before extraction: a risky file-type extension, a file whose actual bytes don't match its stated extension, and an Office attachment carrying VBA macros are all flagged. Flagged files are excluded from the main download by default. Only the uploaded file is read; nothing is opened or executed.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to a flagged high-risk attachment?
By default it's excluded from the main download entirely. Turning that off still keeps it out of the main bundle - it downloads as its own separate file or bundle instead, so a risky file is never mixed in unnoticed.
Does macro scanning run any code?
No. It only statically inspects an Office attachment's VBA project storage to check whether macro code is present - the macro itself is never executed.
Are archive attachments unpacked?
A .zip attachment can be unpacked one level deep, with the same size and entry-count limits this app applies to any uploaded archive. A .rar attachment is still extracted and listed, just never unpacked.
